Review on article from Flitz

Flitz written an article called Tom and Jerry Tales, Volume 6. The reason for this article is to talk about the new Volume for Tom and Jerry tales on DVD. he also compares the old Tom and Jerry created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera in the 1940s with the new and recent Tom and Jerry called Tom and Jerry Tales. He makes some valid points on how have they evolved since the beginning of the cartoon. He writes how Tom and Jerry tales cartoon lacks the sparkle of the original Tom and Jerry cartoon created by Hanna Barbera, but mentions that it still has the magical feeling of cat and mouse rivalry. Tom a house cat and Jerry the mischievous mouse are always having a go at each other; were Jerry always end up successful beating Tom in a battled animation.he mentions one of the episodes he watched from Tom and Jerry tales when Tom was a DJ which showed feeling of modern age of music which didn’t work for him, he preferred the old classic music feel on the original Tom and Jerry instead; I’m assuming that it didn’t work for him because he is not a fan of modern secular music or probably it’s just because it doesn’t give him that same magical feeling anymore due to growing up. The old Tom and Jerry didn’t even have any voice for the characters but he mentions it were one of the best Tom and Jerry ever, Giving HIM a magical feeling that Tom and Jerry tales can’t match. but tom and Jerry tales still does a good job by still applying the cartoon violence as the original, with impunity action violence that still generate laughter and excitement due to it exaggeration; he mentions that the cartoony violence is what keeps the spirit of tom and jerry.
